To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include:
- Your full name, role, and assigned Community Learning Center;
- The page or feature you were using;
- A short description of what happened and what you expected;
- A screenshot of any error message, if available.

Never send your password, and avoid sending learner personal information by email or chat. Refer to learners by their record in StayEd instead. Concerns about the handling of personal data are addressed according to the Privacy Policy.
For urgent account access issues, also coordinate with your CLC coordinator or the Division ALS focal person.
